How do I ship a package with JW ExpressLink?
Simply sign up with us and use the shipping address we provide when shopping online (Shein, Temu, Amazon, etc.). After you order, send us your tracking number (pre-alert). When your package arrives, we weigh it and arrange delivery to you.
We charge JMD $700 per pound. After your package is weighed, we will message you the total and schedule delivery.
Not yet. We currently operate as a delivery service, meaning we bring your packages directly to your home or a meeting point for your convenience.
We deliver in: Montego Bay • Falmouth • Martha Brae • Adelphi • Lima • Zion, Hague, Canaan, Dumfriesshire, Florence Hall and nearby areas. If you’re unsure, just WhatsApp us and ask—we’ll confirm for you.
After the package reaches our overseas warehouse, it usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive in Jamaica. We will message you as soon as it is ready for delivery.
